Terms & Conditions

Agreement to terms
Any client placing an order with Website Design Brittany will be deemed to have read and agreed these terms and conditions.

Refusal of order
We reserve the right to refuse any order or request which we consider may be illegal, unethical or in breach of copyright law.

Website Design Brittany will agree a price with you and a timeframe for delivery of your website prior to starting work.

An initial fee of 25% of the agreed price is payable at time of order with the balance payable after approval of the design by you and before the site is made live on the internet.

All design work will be undertaken to the clients instruction and all materials used will be agreed with the client and considered to be supplied by you or used at your direction.

Credit for the design
We reserve the right to place a small credit and link back to our own site at the foot of your home page.

We will make every effort to deliver your site within the timeframe agreed but can not be held responsible if any delay is outside our control or due to third parties or clients not providing information or materials.

Any hosting arranged by us within the agreed price will be with a third party and while we will only place sites with quality providers we can not be held responsible for the services provided by them. We are happy for clients to arrange their own hosting and will upload website information to your own provided once full payment has been received.

Ownership & Copyright
Following completion of your order and full payment of our invoice all right of ownership of the website will transfer to the client. Copyright of any third party software or images used at the clients request can not be transferred and will remain with their owners.

Limitation of liability
We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred as a result of operating the website or use of the internet however this may be caused.

We will upload the website to the chosen server and supply one disc copy of the website. It is then the clients responsibility to retain an up to date copy of the website files if they make changes.

All information supplied by the client or gathered by us through our website is treated as confidential and will not be passed to any third party other then when this is required by an authorised law enforcement authority.

We will only use any information we hold to help with creation of your website or to contact you regarding business issues.
